General Conditions
Each time you use the services of, or submit a listing to, the Holistic Listings website you confirm your agreement to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions.
We take your privacy seriously; we will not under no circumstances sell, rent or pass your registration information to any third party for any purpose. However, cannot guarantee that your information will remain secure from unauthorized access.
You may not add website addresses or email addresses into the Listing Title or Description fields of your listing.
Each membership level in the Directory has its own set of listing features. If you require features not included in your listing level you should upgrade.
If you add into your listing information that is not included in your membership level, your listing will on the first occasion be rejected, if this occurs you will need to login and amend your changes prior to re-inclusion, on a second occasion your listing will be removed from the directory.
Logo uploads; you may upload your business logo if your membership level permits this. Logos may not contain any embedded email, telephone numbers or website addresses.
Listings may not contain email addresses or website links in the Listing Title or Description fields of the listing.
The Holistic Listings website reserves the right to reject or remove any listing submitted at their sole discretion.
DEAD LISTINGS: In order to maintain the integrity of the directory it is important that all listing subscribers update or remove their listings if they are no longer valid for any reason e.g. changes of address, email, phone number etc.
REFUNDS: Refunds may be made at the discretion of the Company and in all cases are subject to a $25 administration fee.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
In no event shall Holistic Listings be liable for lost profits, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or other claims.
Holistic Listings is not in any way responsible for any products sold by individual directory subscribers via their listings. Holistic Listings is not responsible for the suitability, functionality and conduct of third party payment gateways, e.g. PayPal.
You agree to indemnify us from responsibility for problems/disruptions caused by payment gateway, server or ISP downtime. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We take all reasonable steps to keep the service functioning; but in common with all websites published on the internet, the service may become unavailable without warning at any time.
Holisticlistings.com accept no responsibility and give no endorsement or recommendation for the services or individuals listed on this web site.
Users are advised to check for themselves as to the quality of any service or individual listed on this web site.
