A Therapeutic Lifestyle Program will help you live your life in a way that improves your health and help prevent disease. My goal is to teach you about health and wellness to enable you to direct your own path to wellness. Studies indicate that many chronic diseases that are associated with aging are largely caused by lifestyle choices. These diseases include: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's, dysglycemia, etc. A Therapeutic Lifestyle Program is often the first line of therapy for these diseases.
